• Job Details:Working for Revit software to coordinate between different disciplines - Model and prepare ARCH & STRUC shop drawing for project elements as block work, flooring, ceiling, internal &external elevations, wet area, concrete dimension for slabs, col & axis, RC walls, via BIM software (LOD 400). - study the tender documents and project specifications. - Responsible for the coordination between architecture items and all the project disciplines (MEP) & STRUC. By test clashing via Navis works and Revit check interference. - Reviewing & preparing the builder work for the ARCH. Walls (Masonry) and structural walls and slabs - Coordinating between the MEP teams ARCH. And Structural teams and the Tech. office site team to solve the pending issues and track the RFIs - responses and making sure the model are up to date for all disciplines according to the released rev. drawings and the updated client modifications. - study and prepare request for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting, or other technical matters that may arise during constructions. - Collaboration with other related disciplines so that documents are delivered and evaluated within the timelines established - Record and minute all meetings and keep track of attendee’s input - Quantity surveying with Revit Architecture . - prepare as built drawing during construction (LOD 500). - Creating all kinds of Revit Families. - Preparing landscape shop drawing. - Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate. - Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction.
