• Job Details:Oversee and manage the export & import process, ensuring smooth coordination from order placement to final delivery. Prepare and verify export & import documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, nafeza platform and certificates of origin. Communicate with international suppliers & clients, shipping agents, and customs authorities to facilitate shipments and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Coordinate transportation logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective export delivery. Ensure that shipments are properly classified, documented, and compliant with export laws and regulations. Resolve any issues or delays during the export process and liaise with stakeholders to find timely solutions. Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and monitor key performance indicators. Provide timely updates and reports to management regarding export operations and performance.
