• Job Details:• Instrumental in a planning delivery effectively to control outsourcing trucks and delivery cost, efficiently working to meet the productivity target in all functional areas. • Planned the Labor and outsourcing cost reduction as per yearly budget, ascertaining that daily transfers are updated and confirmed in a timely fashion, prepared warehouse inbound and outbound documentation/MIS. • Conducted periodic spot-checks of inventory levels, supplies, or equipment and identified discrepancies between inventory records and taking necessary action while maintaining ISO standards on a daily basis. • Ensured stock was entered on to SAP system with receipt, as well as all inbound procedures are followed. E.g. product temperature; and broken pallets. • Managed activities pertaining to entailing distribution, and storage of all freight, product, and supplies both, incoming and outgoing, ensuring all production orders were shipped to customers whilst adhering to delivery schedules. • Planned and controlled all project activities and implementing quality standards for meeting the set targets by implementing various systems for transportation of materials as per requirement and schedule of the projects.
