• Job Details:• Create working drawings illustrating processes using AutoCAD • Create a complete process sheet with detailed routing that includes operations, actual process time and no. of workers and detailed BOM that includes materials and components lists on SAP. • Create CNC programs for CNC 3-Axis and 5-Axis milling machines. • Study & analyze process system input, output, bottlenecks and implement simple effective changes to boost production and achieve high efficiency. • Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to reduce cost, improve production rates and quality of output • Follow up factory layout situation and create proposals for new projects. • Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures. • Troubleshooting production issues and providing technical support.

Production EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Managing workflow in plastic injection, granulators, molds, packaging lines. • Determine necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, etc.). • Monitor production, resolve issues, and ensure meeting deadlines. • Evaluate production performance, ensure meeting quality standards. • Planning & supervise the establishment of company’s new factories. • Contact with companies to choose the best-needed machinery and systems for the new factories, examine quotations, recommend the best.
