• Successfully Leading the product management of main flagship portfolios across the MDx portfolio of the business reduction of COGS, delivery on time in full and ensuring product availability of 98.7% or greater globally. • Added to the portfolio a further 2 acquisitions of new ground breaking technology – Delivered the product implementation on time and within budget helping to generate revenue contributions of $30 million. • I streamlined the process of implementation of products and reduced the lead time by half from 60 working days down to 30, this has allowed the company to implement products and generate revenue faster. • Ensuring rapid response to global customer feedback in order to eliminate product quality issues/recalls. • Delivered the “Right First Time” programme on time and in budget which in turn realised and validated cost savings in excess of $100k in the first 3 months. • Reduction in scrap rate from 40% down to less than 10% which delivered the site objectives
