• Job Details:Company Belayim Petroleum (PTB) - Project Nile Delta Fields(ABU-MADI) Heliport And Flare Gas Flowmeter - E & I Engineer Responsibilities: - Follow all Electrical construction activities (Lighting system, small power, fire alarm, telecommunication, telephone/data, paging, CCTV, earthing, lightning, , conduit, cable tray, MCC, load center, LV/MV switchgear, transformers, batteries, cables pulling and termination ) - Telecommunication installation activities (PAGA System, Process CCTV, Telephone and fiber optic network. - Fire and Gas installation activities like (Open Path Gas Detectors, IR Gas Detectors, Flame Detectors, Manual call points. - Instrument installation like (Transmitters, Switches, Indicators, Analyzer’s, and Valves). Install Air Manifold and Impulse Tubing. - Medium and low voltage radial power grids (Substations, Cables, Transformers, Circuit breakers, switchgear, Inverters and UPS. Follow the, earthing, lightning, Cathodic Protection for Tanks and Pipe Lines by two methods sacrificial anode type and impressed current type., heat tracing. - Follow the Installation of Generators, switchgear, transformers, motors, panel, GIS, Battery room, Bus duct and other electrical equipment. - RMU package following up construction and inspection activities - Install all instrumentation devices like (transmitters, switches, valves, analyzers, JB, etc.) according to Instruments lay-out & P&ID &Mechanical Hook-up. - Supervision of installation /testing work associated field instrumentation as per client specifications. - Make modifications work as per client requirements (Make marked up and as-built drawing). - Supervision of Installation of Air Header pipes according to Instruments Layout. - Supervision of Installation of Impulse and Airline tubes according to pneumatic hook-up. - Full leak test of all Impulse and air lines to instruments and valves. - Installation of F&G devices like (Open Path Gas Detectors, IR Gas Detectors, Flame Detectors, Manual call points..) - Undertake QC functions in the workplace for daily QC activities. - Prepare Quality Control procedures/work instruction, Method of Statement, ITP (Inspection Test Plans) according to project/ client requirements and follow-up for its approval and monitor the implementation. - Perform the quality control activities while installation and pre- commissioning of High, Medium & Low voltage switchgears, Motor Control Centers, Power and Distribution transformers, High, Medium & Low voltage panel boards, earthing, clean earth and lightning systems. - Inspection during installation and pre commissioning of Cathodic protection and impressed current type. - Inspection of installation of cables, earthing, lightning, Distribution panel, fire alarm system, lighting system, Cable trays. - Review all documents and drawing (P&ID, wiring diagrams, layout, and Verify the last current drawing revisions are being used in the field - Conduct inspection of raw materials, bought out items and review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) and the specification requirements. - Following up and reviewing for quantity surveys & monthly Invoices. - Requirements for electrical installation in hazardous areas. - Preforms technical evaluation of bids, and recommends the best value of design which meets company requirements for reliability, maintainability and safety. - Review the planned activities and confirm the actual resources including man power, equipment, documentation and work method as applicable during the site planning stages

• Job Details:Company Petrojet Consultant Tecnip Energies - Project MIDOR Middle East Oil Refinery Installation of the following project work activities: raceways, cable trays, Junction boxes, electrical panels,duct bank, switchgear, low and medium voltage electrical equipment. - Pulling and termination for power, fire and instrument cables. - Pulling and termination for M.V. and E.H.V. cables. - Installation of Distribution transformers with different sizes. Installation of instrumentation devices like pressure transmitters, pressure switches, level transmitters, flow transmitters, temperature transmitters, RTD...etc. - Installation of tubing activities with different sizes. - Familiar with P&ID, Hook-up, Lay out, I/O lists, punch list ...etc. - Installation of Fire and Gas devices (Open Path Gas Detectors, IR Gas Detectors, Flame Detectors, Manual call points).
