• Job Details:- Provide legal interpretation and guidance on all legal Matters related to Group activities in compliance. - Drafting and reviewing legal documents including contracts, statement of claims and memorandums. - Representing the companies of the Group in all legal disputes, especially in Litigation Cases. - Assistance in dealing with all external governmental and non-governmental agencies outdoors and indoors. - Assistance in handling all corporate legal issues including board resolutions, general assemblies and so on. - Conducting labor legal investigations
