• Job Details:Plan and Manage the Preventive Maintenance and Periodic Maintenance activities.  Developed/specified pumps application requirements according to API Standards.  Prepare equipment technical specifications and data sheets.  Suggest for spare parts for rotating equipment.  Performed root cause failure analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent catastrophic failures.  Analyzed equipment performance data and interpreted/evaluated testing results.  Analyses the frequent failures, diagnosing its causes, suggesting suitable solutions and supervising corrective action decrease the probability to of those failure  Monitors pre-maintenance preparation and coordinating with the warehouse for quick providing of spare parts  Revise spare parts strategic items on annual basis.  Review and sign on purchasing orders and technically approve supplier’s offers.  Responsible for TPM(Total Productive Maintenance) EMS(Environmental Management System) ERP (Employee Risk Protection) systems  Manage Corrective Maintenance and Emergency Maintenance activities for all Pumps on site.  Manage Responsiveness (Down Time, Mean Time to Repair, and Mean Time between Failures.  Assist in route cause analysis of plant incidents or failures.  Analyze the causes of the breakdowns and find the root cause to prevent them.
