• Job Details:• To Read, extract and identify Scope of work from Owner’s specification and work package. • Segregation of scope and preparation of IO list, Control philosophy, FAT procedure. • Coordinating with projects team for development of Wiring & termination drawing, as per approved BOM, from client. • Preparation of Project Plan, based on inputs from the project team, and project execution leads. • Obtaining approval from clients, after discussions and finalizing. • Documenting the approvals and handing over to execution team. • Monitoring the execution and updating the project plan in accordance. • Generation of reports and highlights for project meeting, intimating project progress status update. • Coordinating with clients for clarification of technical queries of project team to progress the execution.

Electrical controller(Planner/preparator)Full Time

• Job Details:• To Read, extract and identify Scope of work from Owner’s specification, work list and Site requirements. • Estimate the job in terms of man-hours and update the information to the commercial invoicers. • Prepare and project the estimated hours for 5 week ahead planning for the department based on the estimated man-hours for upcoming projects. • Prepare and Tracking the Work package from Owner’s work list & specification. • Prepare budget tracking and monitoring the consumption based on the man-hours consumed, thereby effectively planning of required tools & services like calibration and maintenance. • Represent the department for coordinating with class and various standard auditors. • Rectifying and closing of finding / Non-conformities, with effective measures thereby preventing any re-occurrences. • Organizing technical meetings with various suppliers / manufacturers for new products in market, and taking needful information about products. • Preparing the list of capex items required for the next financial years. • Preparing statistical report, analysis reports and presentations for the department performance, completed milestones, achievements etc. • Prepare and Tracking the TQR (Technical Query Request). • Prepare and Tracking the Quotation Enquiries, MTO & LPO. • Prepare and Submission of Commercial reports to Commercial department. • Liaise with Class, Client rules and regulations. • Manage project schedules and budgets, and obtain permits for operations. • Investigate problems and recommend solutions. • Ensure compliance with safety requirements and standards procedures. • Perform other job related duties as assigned by the section head. • Prepare the Fabrication of supports for equipments, cable ladder & cable tray as per layout. • Coordinate with Project Managers, other Departments and Sub-contractors. • Educate Co-Workers & Sub contractors. • Follow and guide sub-ordinates about Safety Rules & Regulations at all times. • To Investigate & Prepare Near Miss & Occurrence Reports, thereby ensuring ZERO-HARM.
