General Insurance Team Leader

• Job Details:Ensure that all accounts have been renewed on time without missing any policy. Maintain all accounts without losing any of them. Ensure that all accounts have been paid on time and reconcile with the accounting department. Answer inquiries from the accounting department regarding policy details. Work with the BD department to acquire new customers and achieve company targets. Analyze production of each year in relation to the department's situation. Help the accounting department with the yearly budget. Manage the team and ensure task completion. Make decisions and solve client problems. Develop organizational systems for keeping records, reports, and agendas. Strategize long-term business objectives based on customer feedback.

Account Executive

• Job Details:Managing several individual and corporate portfolio accounts. Communicating regularly with customers to handle insurance requests. Preparing insurance slips for all lines of business. Making market exercises and suggesting the best offers to clients. Managing the customer's renewal process and following up on claim investigation results.

Treaty Reinsurance Specialist

• Job Details:Preparing statistics and slips of treaties programs. Preparing SOA of quarters regarding inwards and outward treaties. Preparing the X.O.L premium and adjustment premium. Handling inquiries and correspondences between ceding companies and reinsurers. Claim handling and preparing SOA of claims.
