• Job Details:monitor project progress and all requests from clients. Gathers all implementation project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and training meeting schedules. Develop and maintain internal training material for employees, Facilitates training on internal processes as needed, Coordinate and manage the vendor schedule plan, and Monitor and modify project schedule as assigned. Manage database backups and deal with server issues. Providing assistance and support to all users of business applications, responding to their queries and request within company policies and procedures.
