• Job Details:І - Office duties: 1- Previewing and to be fully aware of the project Tender, Electrical specifications, drawings and bill of quantities. 2- Reviewing and approving the contractor’s sub-system designs to ensure compliance with the client’s requirements (Telephone, CCTV, SMTV, Structure Cabling , smart building automation systems, Diesel Generators, lighting protection , Integrated smart systems , shelters’ .. …etc according to Authority and regulations. 3- Review load calculations and ensure that the load of Electricity according to Authority and regulations. 4- Coordination between all subcontractors’ activities during time of the project. 5 - Issuing monthly payment. 6 - Timely execute large projects as per specifications and the owner requirements. 7- Conducting site visit and inspections to verify that works quality and progress is according to approved dwg’s and materials’. 8- Plans, Control and coordinates all on-site electrical activities to comply with applicable owner contract documents, engineer and government specifications, requirements and codes. Research and develop solutions to electrical problems and conflicts through timely and accurate interpretation of contract documents. Assists in the review and processing of electrical shop drawings and other submittals. 9 -Conducting site visit and inspections to verify and ensure that all electrical site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, specification and other submittals and work plan. 10 - Follow up Schedule the work and ensure completion on time with high quality 11 -Study and prepare requests’ for RFI’s for missing unclear conflicting or other technical matters may rise during the time of the project construction П - Site duties: • Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site. • • Coordination between all subcontractors’ activities during time of the project. • Conducting site visit and inspections to verify and ensure that all electrical site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, specification and other submittals and work plan • Follow up Schedule the work and ensure completion on time with high quality • Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Asst. Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site. • Manages and provide engineering and technical supports at site. • Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works with mechanical and civil groups. • Coordinates with Client / Consultant's representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at site. • Submits site daily monitoring reports on regular basis or as required. • Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards. • Performs other related duties as may be required by the Asst. Project Manager
