• Job Details:*Work with the Area manager to determine the proper nationality mix for management and team members. *Reliever of the Area Manager. * Leading full operation of the restaurant. *Focus on customer satisfaction strategies, and develop the needed action plans to maintain high standards of services in all restaurants according to the operation manual. * Generate and analyze reports regarding the overall restaurant performance * Handling FOH/BOH issues and customer complaints. * Monitor weekly and monthly inventory. * Ensuring food safety and compliance with regulations. * Administer health code compliance and sanitation standards. * Responsible for implementing the workflow of the staff and efficiency of the individual's role. *Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
