- Job Details:- Monitor the physical inventory of stock items on regular basis to ensure accuracy of serial and barcode numbers, stock descriptions and exact location of property. Participate and assist in stock taking and physical verification of CITS assets and expendable properties. Process issue/handover/return/release/loan-in/loan-out vouchers of both non-expendable and expendable CITS items. - Process TVin and TVout when sending items in or out to districts warehouses. Coordinate with R&I when receiving new items and updating GALILEO for expendables and non-expendable items (signature, codification). Respond to all queries regarding issues and receipts of CITS assets. - Assist in the receiving, inspecting and verification of all incoming assets and supplies. Participate in the scheduling of deliveries and pick-ups of CITS equipment to/from users. - In charge for Computer Ghosting and Registering to the Domain. - In charge for CITS E-Request Catalog by adding new items received in stock, updating as necessary. - Coordinate with technicians on checking the returned CITS equipment and verify all items are in good working condition and ready for next issue. - Coordinate with technicians on checking the faulty/damaged CITS equipment. - Responsible for Maintenance module in Galileo by making sure the status of all the assets sent for repair is adequately reflected in the property management database. - Coordinate with commercial companies for warranty and non-warranty repairs of CITS assets including the monitoring and tracking of the asset during the whole process from arranging the shipment till receiving the items back from the companies. - Coordinate with Movcon shipment of faulty items to and from the companies. - Maintain the Warehouse operations with a minimum quantity of materials or equipment needed to support sections in the Districts. - Running reports using Business Object for monitoring stock and for updating chief CITS. - Reorganize CITS E-request Catalog. Very good knowledge of Galileo and Business Object without being trained by the mission. Despite challenges, I took full responsibility in managing CITS warehouse by being OIC 4 times (5 weeks each), and OIC for IT Workshop 3 times (4 weeks each). - I attended AIRSAFE Transport Dangerous Goods in order of me to be more careful during packing/sending items inside/outside the mission area. - Planning, Installing, Monitoring, and Assisting while migration from Microsoft Windows XP to Microsoft Windows 7.
