• Job Details: Acted as a In-charge of 7 Job works units (P2P) manufacturing and packing Spice powders , Masala blends , Culinary pastes ,Pickles, Rice powders , totaling to 50 cr INR business to the organization.  Monitoring production slot planning at each contract manufacturing unit with RM/PM allocations.  Making effective planning of production based on the sales forecast and distributor stocks.  Export order execution , documentation and necessary certificate arrangement  Leading the core task force for new product development and operations within given time frame, quality and cost, updating and reviewing the ongoing project status with the management committee on a monthly basis.  Evaluating & bench marking studies with coordination with R&D and Quality department.  Maintaining identification of Gaps at the Contract manufacturing units through timely audits and closures, PM/RM and conversion cost analysis for each contract manufacturing unit on a month wise along with the finance department.  Addressing the Quality problems with proper root cause analysis and corrective actions at the contract manufacturing units.  MRP revision of various SKU s according to Market response .  Address activities in production , planning , customer service , warehousing , inventory , transportation , material handling.  Reducing the costs of producing products and services and being efficient .  Manage contractor and sub-contractor activities, reviewing proposals, developing performance specifications for reducing the losses .  Increasing revenue by increasing customer satisfaction through good quality and service  Reducing the amount of investment that is necessary to produce the required type and quantity of products and services by increasing the effective capacity of the operation  providing the basis for future innovation by building a solid base of operations skills and knowledge within the business  Support and guide for RM , PM sourcing Machine procurement and line trials .  Inventory control , Material management and periodic material reconciliation
