• Job Details:Responsible for company growth strategies, overseeing all aspects of the operations, including sales, cost estimation, project management, engineering, procurement, and construction, ensuring provision of sufficient organizational capabilities, resources, policies and procedures which support such growth with special focus on the financial health. Team Management: Directly manage the Commercial Director, Estimation Manager, Operations Director, Technical Director, and support staff, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. • Monitor project progress and financial performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. • Identify and pursue business development opportunities, working with clients to develop project proposals and secure new contracts.
