Administration management. • Responsible for finding and recruiting candidates for open position, headhunting and talent acquisition. • Performance monitoring and management, established ways and opportunities to improve corporate performance and employee motivation. • Building from scratch all HR services supervision including compensation & benefits administration; policies & SOPs; manpower planning; recruitment & talent attraction; employee relations & counseling; and performance management and rewarding. • Installed policies and SOPs that line up with our partners HCC standards and governmental laws & procedures. • Developed and administered training programs for employees, assessed training and development needs, helped individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge, created training manuals, presented in-person training sessions, monitored training for effectiveness. • Identified and assessed strategic issues, lead and/or participate and/or facilitated strategic discussion, and where necessary, managed strategic initiatives. • Developed and maintained a strategic review and organizational development process to ensure that it is kept up to date, refined and prioritized based on implementation experience, changing business priorities and/or corporate needs to improve profitability & ROI.
