Plant Controller (Costing and Financial)Full Time

• Job Details:• Manage the overall financial affairs of the company ensuring that production of financial statements and the budgeting process meets international accounting standards, supports the overall aims of the business and accurately reports the financial status at all times to all its stakeholders. • Provide strategic, proactive and forward looking financial & investment plans aligned to the organization’s strategic goals for growth & profitability. Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems. • Ensure that financial accounting and budgeting functions are carried out to support the company’s strategic and management objectives as per international standards by developing robust accounting & budgeting processes. • Create strong Financial Management processes -Provide with meaningful information related to any aspect of finance, such as trend analysis, variance analysis or any other financial aspect related to the company’s business activities in order to allow for accurate forecasting of both performance and market trends. • Prepare & report analysis of financial statements for the Board and members of executive management. Treasury Management - the entire Corporate Treasury operation including cash management, liquidity, investments, forex risk management (short term & long term) & operational bank relationship management. • Maintains adequate access to liquidity, improves working capital utilization, generation of funds at favourable terms, enhances cash flow, and works toward optimum deployment of funds & commensurate return on the investments. • Ensure management of liquid assets, currency and interest rate exposures to ensure the safety of company’s funds and provision of maximum return of short term placement of funds and negotiating • Ensure compliance in reporting and accounting as per regulatory and legal requirements, including taxation, annual reporting and accounting. • Evaluates and advises on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies & regulatory action. • Manage processes for financial forecasting, consolidation & reporting; Provides executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities; Provides recommendation to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities. • Develops & implements systems & procedures to ensure integrity of accounting information and safe custody of assets. Establishes and maintains appropriate internal control safeguards as per applicable regulatory authorities. • Manage Functional and Organizational risk at external & internal levels (with consideration to macro & micro level risks). Provides timely pre-alert to Management in meeting and mitigating the risks.

MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT – SECTION MANAGERFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for preparation of accurate and timely monthly reports –Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements along with detailed reports. • Analyse financial accounts and investigate variances and exceptions and provide detailed reports of fiscal health of the company to the Senior Management including early warning signals to the Senior Management. • Perform financial analysis of various tactical initiatives and make recommendations supported by appropriate financial tools and information, for facilitating decision making process. • Establish the Key Performance Indicators for the Business in agreement with the Senior Management. • Prepare Performance Review Report for variance analysis in comparison with actual and the budgeted figures. • Analyse business and existing operating procedures, and assist in the planning, development and implementation of systems, policies and procedures to re-direct operations enhancing profitability and productivity. • Ensure the accuracy of the GL and communicate to the CFO details of accounts and reconciliation of accounts. Responsible for proper closing of GL for generation of various monthly reports such as Income Statement, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Volumes, Contribution analysis and KPIs. • Provide seasoned expertise to Business Units in the Annual Planning and Budgeting Process to ensure inclusion of appropriate resources in the Annual Budget to meet financial targets. • Responsible for accurate costing, product inventory management, monitoring and analysis of trends in prices. • Analyse Group financial records to forecast future financial position and budget requirements. Assist the CFO n the Corporate Strategic Planning, preparation of company Business Plan / Budget. Advise management on investments and loans for short-and long-range financial plans.

Cost ControllerFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for long term / mid-term planning. • Contribute towards the strategic financial planning, Audits, Internal Controls, Legal Compliance, P & L Performance, Working Capital Management, Inventory Management / Budgeting / Credit Control Management, Insurance matters. • Preparation of timely financial reports – Cash Flow Management monitoring and improvement. • Budgetary Control. • Prepare monitor and control the industrial and financial KPIs reports ( Key Performance Indicators). • Inventory Management. • Liaison with Banks & Auditors.
