• Job Details:I am working as a mechanical section head which is responsible for : - Maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing machinery including any equipment at the site such as compressors, gearboxes, elevators, chain conveyors, screw conveyors, sweep augers, cleaners, blowers, filters shutter gates and scales ……....etc. - Ensuring that Fire Fighting Pump Room is on its Proper Operation and fully tested and maintained periodically , also make a daily check for the fire system pressure and check for any leakage from the pipeline connections or valves . - Apply ISO 9001 rules on their recommended forms to obtain a certification from them to my plant. - Apply the concepts and principles of Maintenance and Reliability (CMRP) through my work. - Carry out maintenance job planning - Performing maintenance types like preventive ,predictive and proactive maintenance tasks - Keeping records of faults and repairs for each equipment * Also working as silos plant operation engineer using SCADA and control panel. * Joined training by Cimbria Denmark Company trainers for 1 month on learning how to operate our equipment for peak performance and how to be properly maintained, give us hands-on experience with the latest innovations and make sure how to find the right solution for our challenges.

• Job Details:Worked at Ghabbour Auto Company for commercial vehicles located at qaliuob km16 Alex – Cairo agricultural road( Now located at Abu rawash) as a (service team leader) from 1/12/2016 till 21-2-2019 AS : - A Service team leader for Mitsubishi & Hyundai minibus and canter workshop - Then a Service team leader for sinotruck and Fuso buses & Trucks - Then a service team leader & warranty engineer for 4 CTA garages as I was responsible for controlling the Maintenance and warranty Budget according to the contract signed between ghabbour auto and CTA. - Finally, promoted to be an Overhauling Workshop Manager for all ghabbour commercial vehicles sold and distributed all over Egypt from buses and trucks, where I succeeded to improve the workshop labour and productive hours which increase the workshop productivity and work quality.
