• Prepare and send welcoming e-mails for the new hired employees.
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining report.

Employee Relations:
• Receive employees' complaints, follow up, solve, and feedback them with the actions.
• Develop and implement employee awards and benefits programs to ensure strong employee loyalty such as employee of the month competition, birthday parties and summer trips.

Training:
• Arrange and coordinate training schedule, material and evaluation.
• Assist in building performance appraisal.
• Archiving Project for all employees’ files.

Admin/HR Operational:
• Ensure Safety and Healthy work place environment by applying Health and Safety Policies.
• Supervise Services Team and Security Team (both are Outsourced) to ensure a well-organized and Clean workplace.
