• Job Details:Customer Service Representative (Billing dept.) - UK account - dealing with the bills and customers accounts, their internet packages, the delivery of their phones through DPD or sim cards through Royal mail, activation of their sim cards or roaming, any issues regarding the bill & Also light technical issues as troubleshooting phones and USB modems . - the most important qualification of this job is to be easy going, tolerate, cheerful, multi tasking & to know how to have sympathy and empathy with others in order to handle customers quickly in a professional and a smart way as well as team work and spirit.
