(Transportation, Accommodation, etc...) for SKI Egypt and all support functions from SKI Dubai. - Responsible for the procurement department for the whole project ( Raising purchase orders, submitting invoices & following up on payments status) - Responsible for managing the Staff’s kitchen ( pantry supplies, drinking water) - Acting as a vocal contact between HOD’s and Management. - Responsible for arranging Flights & hotel reservations for the whole project in Egypt and Dubai in addition to transportation - Responsible for managing the Petty cash for the whole project. - Responsible for Stationary supplies for the whole project. - Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments. - Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
