• Job Details:Acquire, Establish & grow Wealth Customer relationships to achieve the retail banking & wealth management sales & service targets. To maximize profitability through portfolio growth, Share of wallet, Customer retention, & growth of high net worth customer base. Meet & exceed Off Balance/On Balance sales targets through proactively exploring & securing sales from Wealth customers, Including referrals, Assigned customer leads, personal business contacts & new to bank Customers. Ensure customer satisfaction with service rendered to build long term relation. Maintain & observe bank internal control standards, ensuring that the business risks are managed & operational procedures comply with group & local regulatory standards & guidelines.
