• Job Details:• Develop and maintain relationships with a group of quality banks in order to meet current & future requirements . • Ensure the availability of funds to meet the working capital requirements • Managing 6 companies under the group in their operations with their bank accounts . • Daily Cash Management for the Group . • Controlling the consolidated daily cash position. • Managing the Monthly Bank Reconciliations . • Handling the consolidated actual cash flow & forecast cash flow . • Managing day to day forex balances to minimize costs . • Managing long term and short term financing strategies. • Managing consolidated Leasing contracts . • Controlling all the insurance polices and the claims . • Controlling the intercompanies (receivables & payables ) in the group
