• Job Details: Supporting supply chain process in general and especially the Sales Process.  Mediating between the Sales team and Customer support team to ensure smooth processing of customer orders.  Ensuring the agreed trade terms for each customer are inputted correctly and updated on time on NAV.  Managing all sample requests in coordination with Business Creation team and Quality Assurance team for New/Existing customers.  Following up for the pending receivables from our customers and arranging commission payments to our agents.  Keeping an updated database of orders in hand against budgeted numbers and actual sales.
