• Job Details:Review team work and ensure departments are following processes. Prepare reports on operations and work quality. Identify team strengths and weaknesses. Organize team schedule, manage leaves and breaks. Distribute work tasks among team members. Review error rates and corrective actions. Audit service centers and monitor engineers’ response delays. Ensure spare parts are provided on time and report delays. Check warehouses for shortages in models and alert the relevant management. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on service center performance. Monitor technicians’ performance and report error rates.
