• Job Details:o Responsible for all the shipments either air or ocean either from Nestle Nespresso or any other suppliers. o Contact all the suppliers to arrange for the shipments and make sure that all the needed documents are ready. o Providing the best offers from the forwarders. o Follow up the shipment’s status with the clearance brokers till it reach our main warehouse. o Informing our store keeper and the warehouse about the shipment’s arrivals and providing them with the driver’s names and numbers to follow up with them. o Making daily and weekly reports and sending them to the Head of Departments & GM. o Organizing all the shipment’s documents and making sure that all documents from suppliers are legalized according to the regulations to avoid any problems in the clearance process. o Support the finance department with all the documents and information needed form their side. o Following up with the finance and the warehouse till the shipment is finalized and submitted on the system and on the stock report control.
