• Job Details:Currently working on residential projects, an administrative company and a bank. •Identify client requirements and supervise junior team to deliver complete drawings ready for execution. •Prepare and present design concept in 2D and 3D if necessary. •Prepare BOQs and technical sheets for client approval. •Follow up on site during different stages to ensure that finishes match the approved technical specifications. •Revise contract and modify it or add variations if required depending on the nature of each project.

Assistant Project Manager (Technical Lead Advisor)Full Time

• Job Details:•Assist the Projects Manager and work collaboratively with all parties (landlord, development team, design team, contractors, ...) in all project phases and report progress. •Assist in the development of the overall projects schedule and follow up with the development and procurement teams in obtaining all necessary permits, monitor submittals and track deliveries of materials to avoid any delay during construction. •Review scope, drawings and specifications of projects with contractors and identify long lead times and critical path items. •Complete evaluations/comparisons of priced BOQs, prepare invoices and supervise online biddings. •Help problem-solve issues, maintain project budget, contribute ideas for cutting costs and suggest ways to improve projects.

Senior Interior Designer / ArchitectFull Time

• Job Details:•Review and evaluate new store locations selected by the development team in terms of size, shape of plan and furnishing solution as per each brand’s standards and guidelines. •Prepare full package drawings needed for the execution of new stores and remodels of Yum Brands as well as other food and beverage franchisees. •Report to the UAE head service office and obtain approval for the drawing package prior to construction. •Coordinate with suppliers for needed materials and customized furniture that follow the identity of each franchise. •Review the standard of finishes prior to execution and follow up on construction during different project phases.
