• Job Details:As a service coordinator I Keep track of the urgent shipping of the spare parts make sure they are shipped on time and submit a weekly report of them.I Open Tickets (on the help desk module on the system) of all reported malfunctioning or damaged devices, track their current state, and report them weekly to the direct manager. Also , I Keep track of the Engineers daily reported activity and make sure they attach the report, send the Engineers new report book and make sure they send back the old ones, and send a final report weekly of the Engineers report states and visits to the direct manager. Supply calibrators, controls, electrodes, and spare parts to the areas in need. Keep documenting all the supplied devices the sales order date, device type, and its association (governmental, health insurance, private). I Open tasks with all the returned items back to the stock and report whether they were intact or damaged.Finally , I Make calibration, warranty, and training certificate and price offers to the customers in need
