• Job Details:Working as tour manager who is responsible for the following:  Planning and organizing tours in Egypt for foreigners.  Set a complete plan for the holiday trip from the beginning till it will be on land  Assigning tasks for the whole team.  Agreeing service levels, contracts and costs  Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of tickets  Confirming customer’s names with the hotels and Airlines  Responsible for quotations and invoices  Reply most of our emails in Spanish  Writing our website’s content & programs
