• Job Details:I work as an Application support for ATM switch and CMS at Faisal Islamic Bank. I'm responsible for managing, supporting, and monitoring all financial transactions. I'm handling the financial issues through the core application and the database. responsible for all Unix servers for our application (our application is Powercard, and our vendor is HPS). i am Writing queries to extract, update, delete, and select data from the daily operation process which is being stored in the database. I also handle any new solutions, test cases, and projects with the vendor. also handling the system setup (configuration, installation, and testing).
