Regional Financial Planning and Analysis ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Managing KSA, Egypt and Lebanon business units from the FP&A perspective, supporting LOB leads in understanding their financial results and KPIs through the analyses of competitive and market dynamics, investment proposals and productivity initiatives, owning the preparation of AOPs and quarterly forecasts, monitoring and following up the achievement and execution of set targets, coaching and training the FP&A team members, aiming to create sustainable career paths, while ensuring stable business continuity. Key responsibilities of the role include:  Working closely with LOBs and supporting functions’ team leads to build the key assumptions for the JV AOP, with strong emphasis on the analysis of secured volume, revenue matrix, pricing and gross margin assumptions, SG&A optimization, taking into consideration new market trends, business opportunities and productivity initiatives that might impact profitability.  Paving the way for new investment proposals, through owning the preparation of new business cases, DCF calculations and supporting the S&M teams with new launches through providing MC and ROI financial modelling, etc.  Teaming up with the LOBs and the Supply Chain team leads to monitor the achievement of TWC targets and provide the correct analysis of TWC trends, risks and opportunities.  Preparing monthly informative business review decks, highlighting performance vs. AOP, Fcsts and OLs, key issues impacting profitability targets, quarterly business updates and ensure timely submission. Adhere to all queries and requests that may be generated by the submitted information.  Manage the FP&A team in both KSA and Egypt by setting challenging individual and team objectives, reviewing, and rewarding performance, providing timely feedback and support a climate for continuous improvement.

Financial Planning & Analysis ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Leading the FP&A and Retail Business transformation and working across diverse teams to support the management team’s understanding of challenges, risks and opportunities (R&O) through:  Developing and maintaining the delivery of Egypt’s group annual operating plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts (Fcst), monthly management reporting/reviews (MBRs).  Analyzing critical issues and variances across all PnL lines and recommending corrective actions to management to bridge profitability gaps and land on desired targets.  Coordinating with cross functional teams across the organization to ensure all PnL R&O, Balance Sheet (BS)/Cash flow (CF) exposures are well defined, tracked and monitored.  Attending to monthly calls/meetings with the regional team to address all inquiries and concerns over the monthly actual results and critical variances vs. AOP/Fcsts.  Working closely with the control team to ensure a smooth, accurate and timely month end closing/ reporting.  Tracking and reporting on Capex projects, Operations and Sales score card KPIs.
