• Job Details: Wasla Outsourcing Co. 1- Personnel Executive  Updating database with new hired & resigned employees.  Preparing forms 1 & 6  Handling Resignation procedures.  Filing and Archiving.  Preparing Payroll sheets for employees.  Leaves & Attendance by Finger Print system. 2- Personnel Coordinator  Collecting hiring documents from newcomers  Preparing Attendance sheets  Handling Employees Requests (HR letters, copy of form 6,etc….)  Handling customer's inquires and trouble shooting  Provides-up to expectations – services to external clients.  Documents call information on the CRM application.  Managing length of calls.
