QC civil inspectorPart Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities and duties: • Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including calibration certificates, method statements, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and quality site observations. • Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality. • Ensure that the QC forms are being signed off in time of the Inspection/test or as required. • Ensure the correct implementation of the approved ITP according to Client’s requirements. • Continuous quality surveillance and inspections for all piling work activities. • Update all inspections records and logs for Concrete.

QC Civil and Buildinig inspectorFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities and duties: • Civil and architectural inspections for different buildings; Electrical substation, control building…etc. • Earth work Inspections (Excavation, Cutting, Filling, Trimming, Backfilling, density test, Plate load test). • Checking of material storage (cement, admixture, aggregate and sand, water, reinforcing steel….). • Inspection of Trial mix, ready-mix and crushing test for concrete, non-shrink grout and epoxy grout. • Inspection of formwork and reinforcement steel installation, Anchor bolt & embedded items. • Inspection of concrete pouring, Form removal, curing, coating …). • HDPE liner inspections (pressure test, vacuum test) for Tanks, evaporation and retention pond. • Identify possible NCRs, suggest the corrective action according to the “Construction Non-Conformance Procedure”, and make the follow up for the closure. • Finishing work inspections (Hollow-blocks, plastering, painting, tiling, kitchen cabinets, ceiling)

QC Civil and Building inspectorFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities and duties: • Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site. • Building inspections for Electrical substation, control building, Local equipment room, 30KV building • Responsible of Overhead line 30kV civil works. • subgrade inspection and testing inspections (Field density test, Plate load test). • Material checking at storage area such as aggregate, cement, water, sand, rebar…etc. • Inspection of concrete trial mix; slump test, temperature check, sampling and crushing test. • Pre-pour inspections (formwork, Rebar, anchor bolt and embedded items) • Concrete ready-mix inspection (slump test, temperature, sampling) concrete pouring and post pour inspections. • Strength test inspections for concrete, non-shrink grout and epoxy grout. • Inspection of different tests for HDPE liner. • Coordination between company & CTC.
