• Job Details:Over-seeing all outside area Operators to ensure that they carry out their daily operations. • Ensuring that production target is met at the end of the shift. •Control of emergencies and critical situations: (a) Maintaining state of readiness (b) Control of critical situations (c) Respond to emergencies. •conducting all necessary training for field Operators on Operations, safety, maintenance etc. • Ensuring that all process safety such as: permit to work, JSA, confined space entry, SIMOPs, Isolations, LOTO etc. are fully implemented. • Daily operations report on: production rate - BOPD, mmscfd, BOWPD et •Checking units and equipment in plant regularly, including all safety systems and completes daily records of work visits. And taking all parameters in log sheet. •Shutdown and depressurization of the plant as per SOP •Approving work permits. Acting as Area Authority and validator for Permit to Work activities within area of responsibility. • Perform in-plant housekeeping duties as necessary. •Taking effective action to control emergencies and contain hazards within area of responsibility. •Checking drain sump vessel level, start if level is high •Checking chemical tank level, injection pumps, running status, injection rate and pump stroke. •Check Air Compressor running status, drain condensate from receiver. •Checking both annul us 1&2 pressures bleed off if more than recommended. • Draining gas scrubber condensate. Topping up chemicals to the tanks, adjusting flow rate as per requirement. •Carrying out of service water pump weekly test run. •Startup, Shutdown and Operation of the following Equipment and Units: •Two phase horizontal separators, three phase Separators. Gas/ Gas heat exchangers (Tube and shell type) •Chemical injection system (Anti foam, Gas Corrosion Inhibitor and MDEA) • Flaring system (Flare KOD, Flare ignition system, Hot Flare and Cold Flare)
