Technology Developer Engineer and project managerFull Time

• Job Details:• Technical Support for all this application and troubleshooting the errors • Service pack and Hotfix Installations on client machines in coordination with SP3D super user. • MSSQL, symbol share and active directory permissions assignment • Site and Plant creation (Plant name will be provided by project) • SmartPlant permissions groups creation and usernames assignment • Interference checking setup • Critical Troubleshooting the error related to the application • Software installation/upgrade and maintenance on client and server side. • Reporting software problems regarding installations, deployment and upgrades to Intergraph by creating service requests on customer support website. • Escalating all software service requests for (Installation, technical and programing) problems to the higher level of Intergraph support. • Acting as a single point of contact with Intergraph for escalating issues upon engineering departments’ requests. • IT should be engaged in all IT issues from early beginning. • Official contact with IT should be through Help Desk system. • Assisting with the implementation of SPI, as well as to develop and maintain the tool for the various owner operators The creation, continuous improvement, support and administration of the SPI templates, reports, symbols and blocks, and data dictionary, as well as creation of appropriate documentation to support the use of the application. • Well versed with Info maker, Oracle interface, SQL queries Adding/editing/deleting of schemas the implementation and usage of SmartPlant application, as well as the implementation and support of the standards within the SPI application • Well versed in Importing (from Excel/Access, SP-PID etc.) and merging activities
