• Job Details:Planning itineraries, and arranging accommodations, tours, transfers, ticketing issues and other travel services for customers of travel agency. Handling all kinds of problems related to the implementation of the reserved service to customers of travel agency. Conversing with customer to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required. Dealing with all customer types following different procedures and policies (Phone, Egyptians/Foreigners, Regular/VIPs, and Individuals/Companies). Ensuring high levels of customer service to all kinds of customers Handling all kinds of problems (Inbound and Outbound Egypt) related to the execution of the reserved service to the customers’ satisfaction Ticketing and booking on GDS reservation system Using Amadeus or Sabre system Handling reschedule bookings with the airlines Identifying and resolving problems
