• Job Details:Study contract document like as: (Contract, Basic design, B.O.Q & specification) - Mange the Architecture department. - Managing the time schedule with planning. - Managing the work of sub-contractor. - Reviewing the contract and clams of the sub-contractor, in my scope of work. - Prepare List of drawings for approval. - Sending a template for the daily report of the sub-contractor and follow it up. - Having a list of sub-contractor to arrange and divide the work between them. - Follow up the delivery on site. - Prepare Material List. - Compare the material offer from suppliers to select the best of offer technical& Finical. - Co-ordination the material offers with cost analysis. - Review the material submittal for approval. - Review the Purchase Request. - Co-ordination with another interface to solve any conflict (Structural, Mechanical & Electric). - Review Architecture Shop Drawing like as: (Partition plan plans, Flooring, Wall finish, Reflected Ceiling, Wet areas & Details) - Develop the architectural details for field implementation as per Vendors & suppliers approved products. - Review and revised the drawings for Subcontractor. - Review request for information (R.F.I.s) for all missing, unclear, conflicting. - Schematic the time and the priority of the job
