- Job Details:OD Responsibilities: • Analyzing company’s mission, vision, values to create main strategic departmental objectives • Participating in internal audit programs with quality department to assure each department complies with internal processes and ISO standards . • Designing Organizational charts that complies the company’s objectives and best fit of employees. • Developing and updating job descriptions and job profiles through job analysis to help articulate the most important job duties needed from an employee • Developing company policies and procedures to have an internal control system • Formulating Key Performance Indicators based on the objectives in order to measure employees’ performance in an accurate manner • Delivering effective induction programs to familiarize employees with the company’s culture, benefits, and policies as ON Boarding and Orientation programs. • Implementing the performance appraisal plan in regards to competencies and rating scales and making recommendations to achieve the best results in assessing employees’ performance • Following up on performance improvement plans for employees with unsatisfactory performance to make sure they are supported in improving their performance • Implementing, analyzing, reporting, and setting action plans of Employee Satisfaction Survey results • Developing HR documents, including evaluation forms and experience letters • Identifying training and development needs and creating the TNA through interviews with employees, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with unit managers • Implementing the training plan with respect to the allocated budget and preparing a quarterly progress report of its implementation • Conducting exit interviews and preparing a monthly report to understand the causes, consequences, and amount of turnover in the company and identifying possible solutions to reduce the turnover • Prepare different reports and presentations for HR Activities Talent Acquisition Responsibilities: • Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role • Updating the man-power plan with Division Heads, which will help in identifying hiring needs across all departments & adding proper hiring channel whether internally or externally. • Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different sites/channels such as LinkedIn and Wuzzuf . • Create job ADs Internally & Externally through proper channels. • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including pre-screening, on-site interviews, reference checks, and offers • Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with personnel department. • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates • Create potential candidates pool to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities. • Create monthly reports for hirings and turnover analysis
