• Job Details:• Managing a team of rotational trainer and coordinators ( Mobinil Trainer’s Club) who are handling: I. Customer Interface Induction Programs II. All in-house tailored & delivered training programs (Soft Skills, Products and Services, CRM systems & Technical) III. E-Quizzes • Designing, tailoring, delivering different training courses • Validating e-training materials & FAQs for simple products and services launches and updates • Ensuring standard quality checks of training delivery and administration as per the department’s policies • Validating, Updating training materials • Delivering Train the trainer & some of the training courses within his/her area of expertise • Maintaining records and preparing statistical reports to evaluate performance of instructors and monitor progress of trainees via their before & after KPI monitoring • Issuing progress reports and document work process • Providing coaching and requesting needed training for trainers reports ensuring continuous individual development
