• Job Details:North Square Mall (New Alamein) Mamsha Ahl Misr Al Bahr Mall (Jeddah, KSA) •Operational Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies and guidelines aligned with the goals of the project, emphasizing budget control and cost optimization. •Operations Manuals: Create and oversee the use of comprehensive operations manuals for all activities, outlining procedures, best practices, and safety protocols. •Site Maintenance and Upkeep: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the entire site, ensuring high standards for entrances, parking spaces, visitor center, retail shops, facilities, F&B, and event venues. •KPI Development: Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track operations and maintenance effectiveness, cleanliness, and functionality standards. •Cleanliness and Sanitation: Implement and maintain high standards for cleanliness and sanitation across the entire asset, ensuring a positive and hygienic environment for visitors and staff. •SOP Enforcement: Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operations staff, outlining tasks, frequencies, and protocols. •Logistics Planning: Ensure the smooth flow of operations through effective logistics planning, scheduling, and coordination, covering deliveries, assets control, waste disposal, water supply, and sewage for the entire site. •Service providers and vendors SLAs: Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with vendors and service providers for deliveries and activities to ensure timely and efficient service. •Traffic Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive traffic management plan, optimizing resource allocation and using data for continuous improvement. •Event Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of events with relevant departments (marketing/events management) at the site, ensuring a seamless and positive experience while adhering to site regulations. •Tenant Relationships: Build a strong relationship with on-site tenants, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and operations contributing to overall site revenue. •HSE Protocols: Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across the site, prioritizing safety and cost-effectiveness.
