      • Job Details:• Receiving the HO emails form our clients and response them shortly. • Check all required requests regarding the client`s projects and then confirm with them as we can carry out those projects at the required deadline • Check all files, make analysis and generate the project plan which will follow • Decide that which one we will deal with, check his/her availabilty and assign the project to him/her • Send the required files to the vendor who is available and make sure that he/she can follow the required instructions assigned via client • Prepare the financial issues to our vendors and negotiate them in cas firstly contacting. • Follow up the project during processing stage and make sure that everything is going well. And ask for any queries to response it Asp • Receiving the deliverables emails from our vendors and check all client required in case if one of it didn`t followed. • In case we have some errors we harry up to fix it by contacting again with the vendor who handled the project or fix it by ourself in case we will be able to do that • Contact with the client to deliver the required project and ask him “for any quires please feel free to contact us”. • Prepares and analyzes quality reports for management staff review. • Provides feedback to our manager. Technicality I would acknowledge that I am using the following programs with high technicality. 1- Trados 2007 2- Trados 2009/2011 3- Across 4- MEMOQ 5- Passolo 6- Translation workspace 7- Xbench report 8- FTP I have a common overview about the DTP programs, 1- Adobe indesign C5& C6 2- Frame Maker 3- Illustrator, Etc
