• Job Details:PAN African Lubricants – Is a newly established Egyptian joint stock company. Formal representatives of GAZPROM-Neft lubricants & specialties company in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The company’s main activities is the distribution of finished lubricants to the Egyptian market via a well-defined communication plan; as well as a state of the art network plan aimed to penetrate the finished lubes wholesalers market in an aggressive, & speed-to-market manner. Our goal as a company is to become among the top three players in the Finished Lubricants market in Egypt in a time span of 5-years of operation. Main Responsibilities: • Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and/or payroll. In line with Accounting & Finance practice of Shared Services from PLC. • Implemented ERP system (Oracle) in the company as I joined from Startup. • Supervises and participates in the preparation of various financial statements and reports. • Directs the installation and maintenance of accounting records to show receipts and expenditures. • Directs the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records. • Directs and participates in cost analyses and rate studies. • Prepares statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues.
