• Job Details:Prepare the contract template with all required data, finalize the process, and archive. Review and evaluate contract documents to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Clearly explain contract terminology to clients and other interested parties. Review all stated contract terms with the customer till approval. Call clients to set contract signing date. Set the appointment report to make sure that all clients have recorded a specific date to sign their contracts. Hand the customer his contract's original copy. File the original contract according to procedures. In case of cancellation, Inform the Finance Department and prepare all related papers and approvals to complete the process. Prepare a sales report reflecting data for signed contracts and cancellations. Handle various requests from other departments (Termination, transfer, variance. etc.)
