• Job Details:Support two factories & HQ office (6th October - 5th Settlement) 1- Responsible of End User support • Windows TS & Installation • Microsoft office TS & Installation • Installation, Hardware TS, Software TS • Installation of Cisco dect phones • SNOW (Ticketing system) 2- PROJECT Migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10. 3- PROJECT Migration Laptops from old to new with new images.
