My current position dictates: - Taking over the design process independently. - Assisting board members in planning projects, staff plans, and quality control. - Analyzing projects, defining scopes, determining project budget, allocating team, and revising contracts. - Leading and assisting with the business development team in securing positive relations with clients and partners. - Following up project invoices collections and the project targets. - Managing +4 team of urban planners /landscape architects. - Leading multi-disciplinary in-house supporting teams in addition to sub-consultants. - Following up with the construction and supervision teams.

• Job Details:Space Consultants is one of the high-level firms in Egypt. I assisted and oversaw the design process development, including concept designs, schematic designs, and construction drawings. - Getting involved in the pre-design process, site analysis, and studying similar projects. - Increasing the knowledge of the local hardscape materials and planting species. - Improving the proficiency of using design and presentation programs. - Working both independently and as a part of a team.
