Electrical QA/QC Engineer (MEP)

• Job Details:Maintaining all the QA-QC documents in line with project specifications & as per consultant requirement. Carrying out the 3rd party material testing in line with the project specifications & ITP. Participate in site internal & external audits & maintaining the documents related to same with respect to QA-QC work. Proposing the corrective & preventive actions for the NCR's raised from the consultant & monitor its implementation on the site & closing of the same by coordinating with site construction team & get it endorsed from consultant. Issuing of the internal NCR's for the bad quality workmanship & other issues & maintain quality of the work of all the activities in line with project specifications & prevent reoccurrence of the NCR's by guiding the site construction team for same. Attend the weekly quality meeting with the consultant & discuss about the major issues & aspects on the site as per QA-QC requirements in line with project specifications. Preparation of method statement of various activities involve in the project by ensuring it is in compliance with project specifications & get it authorized from consultant. Review product submittals against specification, review & approval of all associated suppliers raised quality assurance control documentation. Monitor and control of the outgoing and incoming inspection request coordination with site team architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, façade contractor and other specialist disciplines develop and implement quality assurance plans to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Conduct regular audits to ensure that electrical systems are created, installed, and tested in accordance with project requirements and industry standards. Review electrical designs to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Witness testing and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Develop and maintain records of QA/QC activities, including audits, inspections, and testing.

Provide training and support to electrical engineers, contractors, and vendors on QA/QC procedures and requirements. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, including changes to electrical codes and standards. Review electrical designs to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Witness testing and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Inspect electrical systems to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide recommendations for corrective action. Integrate electrical systems with other building systems, such as mechanical and plumbing systems. Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Review project documents, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
