- Job Details:• Ensure all work Permits and relevant documentation are properly completed and Signed. • Manage principle contractor and sub-contractors on site. • Review Contractors safety files before site works. • Ensure that all teams conduct a toolbox talk before work starts. • Conduct safety inspections on site and report deviations. • Ensure all employees are inducted to be permitted to work on site. The induction will inform all employees pertaining to the hazards prevalent on site. • Ensure all visitors are inducted before entering the site. • Assist in reviewing and approve contractor risk assessments, method statements, DSTI and other relevant documents for the job pack (work permit) on an on-going basis, identify and evaluate the risks to which employees may be exposed to, evaluate and analyse the risks identified and ensure that these risk assessments are then communicated to the work force. • Evaluate the site emergency procedure and ensure all supervisors and contractors emergency response plans are site specific and updated accordingly • Report any near miss, incident or accident on the Total Stop Card system. • Compile daily, weekly and monthly site report. • Inspect the following high risk activities: Ground disturbance, excavation works (underground services), working at Heights (overhead services), energy isolation, confined space entry, lifting operations (overhead services), hot work and portable electrical tools, Emergency Response Plans, Waste Management Plan, Traffic Management Plans, Fall Protection and Rescue Plans, TSA Baseline Risk Assessments and immediately bring to management’s attention any serious deviations that may have being noted. • Conduct regular emergency drills and document. • Conduct regular fire prevention and construction facilities inspections with findings documented and reported to management. • Ensure all registers and checklists are updated on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. • Ensure all safety signs and notices are prominently displayed on site. • Security – Ensure that only authorised persons enter the site. Ensure no illegal immigrants are employed on the project. Ensure no vehicle enters the site without a vehicle permit. All other vehicles to sign in and random searching to be carried out by the security company to prevent theft. Ensure the security guards on duty do not allow any goods to be removed off site without a valid pass. Ensure all visitors sign in on arrival and sign out on departure. • Ensure that contractors maintain good housekeeping principles. • Site auditing on contractors to ensure compliance with legislation and TSA rules and regulations.

- Job Details:• Manage all safety on site and ensure all the contractors safety files are up to date. • Communicate the Construction Readiness Plan to the contractors and make sure every contractor follows the approved CRP for the site. • Advise the contractor of latest LFIs and ensure tool box talks complete. • Conduct any new training & developments as requested by SHELL or AECOM. • Conduct site audits in accordance with AECOM’s requirements, provide feedback and ensure closeout of Remedial Action Plans. • Induct all site visitors to site. • Ensure contractor conducts all checklists/registers on equipment & activities as per OHS Act and applicable regulations. • Evaluate and review the WCF, JHA, Permit to make sure all activities on site were addressed and proper controls are in place before activities take place. • Investigate and close out all incidents on site and record. • Stop any person on site with a violation of the SHELL Life Saving Rules and record. • Update the RAP tracker and make sure all deviations found for the day was closed out. This RAP tracker will be a control framework that will indicate every day’s noncompliance on site with actions and close out. A copy of this RAP tracker must be sent to the HSSE Manager on a weekly basis. • Record all NM/PI’s on the Lifeguard System and submit to Aecom. • Ensure that the contractors work within their scope of their HSSE plan.
