Investigate working conditions at the workplace of the projects, prepare and submit proposals for the development and implementation of more advanced designs of protective equipment, safety and locking devices, other means of protection from the effects of hazardous and harmful and production factors. Conducting audits, inspections of technical condition of buildings, structures, equipment, machinery and mechanisms, the effectiveness of the ventilation systems, the state of sanitation facilities, and means of collective and individual protection of workers. Client sites: EW NCOC OPF, Total Dunga, TCO SICIM project visits for conducting audits and inspections. Meeting with client NCOC HSE department to solve HSE issues. Together with the other departments involved in the certification of job places and production equipment to meet requirements of labour protection. Develop annual plans for QHSE department for the needs of different contract projects. Perform tasks set by management. Conduct HSE audits of the contract organizations. Monitoring compliance with the requirements of state supervision and control over compliance with existing standards, rules and regulations on labour protection, safety standards in project execution. Investigation of all near misses/incidents and safety/environment/sanitary/security rules violations within the company and company contractors with implementing corrective and preventive actions. Advises management of the project on existing national rules and safety regulations and labour protection to make changes to the individual process steps, commissioning and procurement of equipment that meets safety. Providing the possibility of changing the design of the system adopted by the safety and health practices in compliance with the new safety equipment and inventory, production operations. Review and develop QHSE procedures within the company to improve QMS as per integrated ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. Responsible person within the company for: implementing ISO QSM, annual audit, ISO recertification from the ISO accreditation body. Support NDT operation management and NDT site teams with required HSE procedures and standards. Support performing authority with preparing risk assessment for critical activities and chemical handling on sites during turnaround in onshore production facility Eskene West project and offshore D -island Kashagan project.
