• Job Details:- Review and approve all project documents submitted by the consultant . -Develop ideas keeping in mind the client's needs, building's usage and environmental impact . -Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections . - Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations .

Technical ArchitectFull Time

• Job Details:_Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ .etc ) . _Prepare shopdrawing based on IFC drawings . _Revise & co-ordinate shopdrawings with other disciplines before implementation in construction site. _Prepare all monthly sub-contractors invoices and follow up site progress . _ Preparing and reviewing the list of quantity surveying for the items of the contracted projects . _Review sub-contractors. shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process .

Technical ArchitectFull Time

• Job Details:_Reviews preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates related to the project. _Prepare and issue necessary shop drawings for all allocated tasks. _Participate in solving & report any unexpected technical difficulties. Quantity surveying for the entire finishing works in the project. _ Preparing Tender Documents For Residential Projects.
